Hadith 114
1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Khalid from ibn Faddal from abu Jamilah from Sa‘d ibn Tarif from al-Asbagh ibn Nubatah who has said the following
“’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah, the most Majestic, the most Glorious, laughs (loves) at a man in a group of soldiers who are attacked by wild beasts or thieves and he defends them so they can pass by.’”
1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ عَنِ الأصْبَغِ بْنِ نُبَاتَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ يَضْحَكُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى رَجُلٍ فِي كَتِيبَةٍ يَعْرِضُ لَهُمْ سَبُعٌ أَوْ لِصٌّ فَحَمَاهُمْ أَنْ يَجُوزُوا.

Hadith 116
3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Muthanna’ from Fitr ibn Khalifah from Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Al-Husayn from his father, recipients of divine supreme covenant, who has said the following
“’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, “If one defends a community of Muslims in the matters of their water or fire, paradise becomes necessary (allotted) for him.’”
3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُثَنًّى عَنْ فِطْرِ بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِمْ قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) مَنْ رَدَّ عَنْ قَوْمٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَادِيَةَ مَاءٍ أَوْ نَارٍ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ.
