hadith 633
Hadith.3750 - Wahb ibn Wahb narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) (peace be upon them), that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) used to say
"Earnest money (down payment) is not permissible unless it is part of the price."
3750 - وَ رَوَى وَهْبُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
كَانَ يَقُولُ : "لاَ يَجُوزُ اَلْعَرَبُونُ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ نَقْداً مِنَ اَلثَّمَنِ".

Hadith.3949 - Wahb ibn Wahb narrated from Ja'far ibn Muhammad from his father (as): Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said
"There is no harm in advancing payment for what is weighed in exchange for what is measured, and for what is measured in exchange for what is weighed."
3949 - وَ رَوَى وَهْبُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "لاَ بَأْسَ أَنْ يُسْلَفَ مَا يُوزَنُ فِيمَا يُكَالُ وَ مَا يُكَالُ فِيمَا يُوزَنُ".

Hadith.3417 - Wahb ibn Wahb narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) that
Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) used to say: "The protected area (harim) around an ancient well is fifty cubits, unless it is near a watering place or a road, in which case it is reduced to twenty-five cubits."
3417 - وَ رَوَى وَهْبُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
كَانَ يَقُولُ : "حَرِيمُ اَلْبِئْرِ اَلْعَادِيَّةِ خَمْسُونَ ذِرَاعاً إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ إِلَى عَطَنٍ أَوْ إِلَى طَرِيقٍ فَيَكُونُ أَقَلَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ إِلَى خَمْسَةٍ وَ عِشْرِينَ ذِرَاعاً".

hadith 251
4. Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Ali has narrated from Salih ibn abu Hammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Wahab al-Haririy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘The buyer of real property receives sustenance and the seller thereof suffers a serious loss.”
4- عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ وَهْبٍ الْحَرِيرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
مُشْتَرِي الْعُقْدَةِ مَرْزُوقٌ وَبَائِعُهَا مَمْحُوقٌ.

hadith 239
Hadith.3381 - Jabir ibn Yazid and Mu'awiyah ibn Wahb narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that
Imam (as) said: "Whoever appoints a man as an agent to execute a matter, the agency remains valid permanently until he informs him of its termination, just as he informed him of its initiation."
3381 - رَوَى جَابِرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ : "مَنْ وَكَّلَ رَجُلاً عَلَى إِمْضَاءِ أَمْرٍ مِنَ اَلْأُمُورِ فَالْوَكَالَةُ ثَابِتَةٌ أَبَداً حَتَّى يُعْلِمَهُ بِالْخُرُوجِ مِنْهَا، كَمَا أَعْلَمَهُ بِالدُّخُولِ فِيهَا ".

1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from his father from Wahab who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin would say, ‘Deposit or down payment is not permissible unless it is the cash portion of the price of the goods purchased.’”
1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) يَقُولُ لا يَجُوزُ الْعَرَبُونُ إِلا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَقْداً مِنَ الثَّمَنِ.

28. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Mu‘awiyah ibn Wahab who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘There will come a biting time upon people. Everyone will keep tight with whatever is in his hand and forget about generosity. Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has said, ‘You must not forget generosity among yourselves.’ (2:239) At that time a people appears who deals (unjustly) with helpless people and they are the wicked ones.’”
28- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَأَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ عَضُوضٌ يَعَضُّ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ عَلَى مَا فِي يَدَيْهِ وَيَنْسَى الْفَضْلَ وَقَدْ قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَلا تَنْسَوُا الْفَضْلَ بَيْنَكُمْ يَنْبَرِي فِي ذَلِكَ الزَّمَانِ قَوْمٌ يُعَامِلُونَ الْمُضْطَرِّينَ هُمْ شِرَارُ الْخَلْقِ.

7-58 Abu Nasr Muhammad ibn al-Hussein ibn al-Hassan al-Daylami al-Juwhary narrated that Muhammad ibn Yaqoob Al-Asim quoted Al-Rabi’a ibn Suleiman, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Wahab, on the authority of Suleiman ibn Bilal, on the authority of Soor ibn Yazid, on the authority of Abil Qays, on the authority of Abi Hurayrih, “God’s Prophet (MGB) said, ‘
Avoid seven destructive things.’ I asked him, ‘O Prophet of God! What are they?’ The Prophet (MGB) replied, ‘Associating partners with God; practicing witchcraft; killing which God has forbidden except in certain rightful ways; usury; devouring an orphan’s properties; fleeing from a holy war; and accusing pious women of fornication.’”
7-58 حدثنا أبونصر محمد بن الحسين بن الحسن الديلمي الجوهري قال: حدثنا محمد بن يعقوب الاصم قال: حدثنا الربيع بن سليمان قال: حدثنا عبد الله بن وهب قال: أخبرنا سليمان بن بلال، عن ثور بن يزيد، عن أبي الغيث، عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله قال
اجتنبوا السبع الموبقات قيل: يارسول الله وماهن؟ قال: الشرك بالله، والسحر، وقتل النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق، وأكل الربا، وأكل مال اليتيم، والتولي يوم الزحف، وقذف المحصنات الغافلات المؤمنات
