Hadith.5255 - Al-Husayn ibn Sa'id narrated from Fadalah, from Aban, from Zurara, from Abu Abdullah (as) who said
"Whoever was granted protection (dhimmah) by Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family), his blood money (diyyah) is complete (to that of a muslim)."
5255 - مَا رَوَاهُ اَلْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"مَنْ أَعْطَاهُ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ ذِمَّةً فَدِيَتُهُ كَامِلَةٌ"

hadith 1091
1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq was asked, “What is the punishment of murder?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “Hell.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْیَرِیُّ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ [عَنْ فَضَالَهَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَمَّنْ قَتَلَ نَفْساً مُتَعَمِّداً قَالَ
جَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ.

hadith 942
2. Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) narrates that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “Abusing a believer, doing hypocrisy and killing him is disbelief. And eating his flesh (Backbiting) is disobedience of Allah.”
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی الْحُسَیْنُ بْنُ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَهَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُکَیْرٍ عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص سِبَابُ الْمُؤْمِنِ فُسُوقٌ وَ قِتَالُهُ کُفْرٌ وَ أَکْلُ لَحْمِهِ مَعْصِیَهُ اللَّهِ.

hadith 427
Hadith.5395 - Al-Husayn ibn Said narrated from Fadalah from Dawud ibn Farqad from Abu Abdullah (as), that Imam (as) recounted: "Dawud ibn Ali asked me about a man who used to visit another man's house, and the owner forbade him from coming to his house, but he refused to stop. So the owner went to the ruler, and the ruler said
'If he does it again, kill him.' So the man killed him. What is your opinion on this?" So I (Imam (as)) said: "I see that he should not have killed him. If this ruling were upheld, then anyone could later claim that an enemy entered their house, and they killed him."
5395 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"سَأَلَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَ يَأْتِي بَيْتَ رَجُلٍ فَنَهَاهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بَيْتَهُ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَفْعَلَ فَذَهَبَ إِلَى اَلسُّلْطَانِ فَقَالَ اَلسُّلْطَانُ إِنْ فَعَلَ فَاقْتُلْهُ قَالَ فَقَتَلَهُ فَمَا تَرَى فِيهِ فَقُلْتُ أَرَى أَنْ لاَ يَقْتُلَهُ إِنَّهُ إِنِ اِسْتَقَامَ هَذَا ثُمَّ شَاءَ أَنْ يَقُولَ كُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ لِعَدُوِّهِ دَخَلَ بَيْتِي فَقَتَلْتُهُ".

hadith 728
3. With this chain of narrators, from Hussain bin Sa’eed, from Fadala, from Aban, from Ishaq bin Ibrahim al-Sayqal, that he said
Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him, said: It was found on the top of the sword of Allah’s Messenger, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, a journal, and in it was written: «In the Name of Allah, the Merciful to all, the Merciful in particular. Indeed, the most unruly of people in the sight of Allah on the Day of Resurrection is the one kills other than his killer, who hits other than his hitter and who befriends other than his allies. He is disbelieving in what Allah, Exalted is He, has sent down unto Muhammed, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family. Furthermore, the one who performs a sin or gives refuge to a sinner, Allah, Exalted is He, will not accept from him ransom, nor dispursal. He said: He then said: Do you know the meaning of his saying: «who befriends other than his allies»? I said: What does he mean with it? He said: He means the people of religion. The ransom is repentance, according to the saying of Abu Ja’far, peace be upon him, and the dispursal is redemption, according to the saying of Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him.
وبهذا الاسناد، عن الحسين بن سعيد، عن فضالة، عن أبان، عن إسحاق بن إبراهيم الصقيل، قال
قال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام: وجد في ذؤابة سيف رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله صحيفة فإذا فيها [مكتوب]: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم إن أعتى الناس على الله يوم القيامة من قتل غير قاتله، ومن ضرب غير ضاربه، ومن تولى غير مواليه، فهو كافر بما أنزل الله تعالى على محمد صلى الله عليه وآله. ومن أحدث حدثا أو آوى محدثا لم يقبل الله تعالى منه يوم القيامة صرفا ولا عدلا، قال: ثم قال: تدري ما يعني بقوله: " من تولى غير مواليه "؟ قلت: ما يعني به؟ قال: يعنى أهل الدين. والصرف: التوبة في قول أبي جعفر عليه السلام، والعدل: الفداء في قول أبى عبد الله عليه السلام.

Hadith.4992 - Faḍalah narrated from Dawud ibn Abi Yazid who said
I heard Abu Abdullah (as) say: "The companions of the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said to Saʿd ibn Ubadah, 'What would you do if you found a man with your wife?' He (Sa'd) replied: 'I would strike him with the sword.' Then the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) came out and said: 'What is this, O' Saʿd?' Saʿd said: 'They asked me what I would do if I found a man with my wife, and I said I would strike him with the sword.' The Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) said: 'O' Saʿd, but what about the requirement of four witnesses?' Saʿd replied: 'O' Messenger of Allah (swt), even after seeing it with my own eyes and knowing, as Allah (swt) knows, that it has happened?' The Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) said: 'Yes, by Allah (swt), even after you see it with your own eyes and Allah (swt) knows it has happened, because Allah (swt), the Glorious and Exalted, has set limits for everything, and for whoever transgresses these limits, Allah (swt) has also prescribed a punishment.'"
4992 - وَ رَوَى فَضَالَةُ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ: "إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ قَالُوا لِسَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ أَ رَأَيْتَ لَوْ وَجَدْتَ عَلَى بَطْنِ اِمْرَأَتِكَ رَجُلاً مَا كُنْتَ صَانِعاً بِهِ قَالَ كُنْتُ أَضْرِبُهُ بِالسَّيْفِ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فَقَالَ "مَا ذَا يَا سَعْدُ " فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ قَالُوا لِي لَوْ وَجَدْتَ عَلَى بَطْنِ اِمْرَأَتِكَ رَجُلاً مَا كُنْتَ تَصْنَعُ بِهِ فَقُلْتُ كُنْتُ أَضْرِبُهُ بِالسَّيْفِ فَقَالَ "يَا سَعْدُ فَكَيْفَ بِأَرْبَعَةٍ" فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ بَعْدَ رَأْيِ عَيْنِي وَ عِلْمِ اَللَّهِ بِأَنَّهُ قَدْ فَعَلَ فَقَالَ "إِي وَ اَللَّهِ بَعْدَ رَأْيِ عَيْنِكَ وَ عِلْمِ اَللَّهِ بِأَنَّهُ قَدْ فَعَلَ لِأَنَّ اَللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ قَدْ جَعَلَ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَدّاً وَ جَعَلَ لِمَنْ تَعَدَّى ذَلِكَ اَلْحَدَّ حَدّاً" ".
