hadith 961
10. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah who said it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Abdul-Jabbar from Sayf b. ’Umayra from Mansur from Abi Basir from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said
“A person who is involved in fornication, theft and drinking wine is like an idol worshipper.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ سَیْفِ بْنِ عَمِیرَهَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
مُدْمِنُ السَّرِقَهِ وَ الزِّنَاءِ وَ الشَّرَابِ کَعَابِدِ وَثَنٍ.

hadith 1121
14. Muhammad ibn Ja’far has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Hamid from ‘Asim ibn Humayd from abu Hamza from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following
“The messenger of Allah has said, ‘There are three kinds of people to whom, on the Day of Judgment, Allah will not speak or look to and will not purify them. They will suffer a painful punishment: an old man who fornicates, a tyrant king and an arrogant poor person.”
14ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) ثَلاثَةٌ لا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ الله وَلا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ شَيْخٌ زَانٍ وَمَلِكٌ جَبَّارٌ وَمُقِلٌّ مُخْتَالٌ.

5. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan from Mansur ibn Hazim who has said the following
“About the case of a man and a woman who are involved in sinful activities; if he can marry her daughter, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If such activities are in the form of kissing or similar things he can marry her daughter; but if it is sexual intercourse then he must not marry her daughter, he can, however, marry the woman if he wants.’”
5- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام)
فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ امْرَأَةٍ فُجُورٌ فَهَلْ يَتَزَوَّجُ ابْنَتَهَا فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قُبْلَةٍ أَوْ شِبْهِهَا فَلْيَتَزَوَّجِ ابْنَتَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ جِمَاعاً فَلا يَتَزَوَّجِ ابْنَتَهَا وَلْيَتَزَوَّجْهَا هِيَ إِنْ شَاءَ.

hadith 863
12. Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) narrates that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “Allah will not talk to three types of people on the Day of Judgment and neither will He send mercy upon them. They will not be consoled and shall get severe punishment. Those three are – an aged fornicator, a despotic ruler and person who is proud.”
وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِیدِ الْعَطَّارِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ جَمِیلٍ عَنْ أَبِی حَمْزَهَ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص ثَلَاثَهٌ لا یُکَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَهِ وَ لا یَنْظُرُ إِلَیْهِمْ ... وَ لا یُزَکِّیهِمْ وَ لَهُمْ عَذابٌ أَلِیمٌ شَیْخٌ زَانٍ وَ مَلِکٌ جَبَّارٌ وَ مُقِلٌّ مُخْتَالٌ.

2. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar and Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from all from Safwan ibn Yahya from ‘Is ibn al-Qasim who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who associates with a woman and kisses her but does not go to bed with her; if he can marry her daughter. He (the Imam) said, ‘If he has not gone to bed with the mother, it is not unlawful to marry her but if he has gone to bed with her mother then he must not marry her (the daughter).’”
2- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ جَمِيعاً عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ عِيصِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ بَاشَرَ امْرَأَةً وَقَبَّلَ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُفْضِ إِلَيْهَا ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَ ابْنَتَهَا قَالَ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ أَفْضَى إِلَى الأمِّ فَلا بَأْسَ وَإِنْ كَانَ أَفْضَى إِلَيْهَا فَلا يَتَزَوَّجِ ابْنَتَهَا.
