it is in the book of Sama‘ah who in a marfu‘ manner has narrated the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If clothes come in contact with the urine of cats, performing Salah (prayer) with such clothes is not valid until they are washed.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If you are behind an Imam when he completes reading al-Hamd you say, ‘all praise belongs to Allah, Cherisher of the worlds,’ and do not say ‘Amen.’” (Ahadith 4-5 are best explained in the form of fatwa.)

“I heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), say, ‘On his way to al-Hajj, ’Amir al-Muminin (a.s.), would mend a damaged stirrup of his transportation animal with palm tree fibers to make al-Hajj easier for him. ‘“

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful to clip or pull out gray from the head but clipping is more likable to me.”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Consider your grown up people as great and maintain good relations with relatives. No other way is better to maintain good relations with relatives than keeping all troubles away from them.’”

“Giving Sadaqah at night keeps away unpleasant death and seventy types of calamities.”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘The head of all sins is love of this world.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Zakat of immigrants (converts to piety and religion) is not lawful for Arabs and the charity (Zakat) of Arabs is not lawful for immigrants.’”

“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Breastfeeding does not bring unlawfulness unless it makes the flesh to grow and the bones to strengthen.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The constructions that are not within owner’s budget will be a burden for him on the Day of Judgment.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that waiting period for a woman in al-Khul‘ is like that of a divorced woman and her al-Khul‘ is her divorce.’ He (the narrator) has said that he then asked if she receives any benefits. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, she does not receive any benefits.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘One who doubts in Allah after being born from Muslim parents, forever, will not end up to anything good.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When a boy becomes ten years old his will is permissible.’”

“Nafila prayers are always near to a believer.”

Do wash your head with jujube leaves.”

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about women going out for ‘Id and Friday Salat (prayer). He (the Imam) said, ‘No, except old women.’” (Consult Fatwah about this hadith)

“I once heard abu al-Hassan, Musa (a.s.), saying, sawiq was made by the instruction from the heavens.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Jesus, son of Mary has said, “One who lies, often his grace goes away.’”

“I heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Contest is permissible only in the case of animals with Khuf (feet of camels), Hafir, (feet of horses and the like) and in the case of sharp-shooting.’”

I was at Medinah, when Ja’far ibn Muhammad, peace be upon him, met me in one of its lanes. He said: "O Yunus, go to the door for a person from us Ahlul Bayt is at the door." He said: "I went towards the door and found Isa ibn Abdillah sitting there. So, I said: "Who are you." He replied: "I am from Qum." He said: "No sooner he said that, then Abu Abdillah appeared on a donkey and he entered the house riding the donkey. Then attending to us, he said: "Come through." Then he said: "O Yunus, I believe you were not prepared to grant when I said that Isa. ibn Abdillah is from us, Ahlul Bayt?" I said: "It is so, may I be your ransom. For Isa ibn Abdillah is from people of Qum, how can he be one of you Ahlul Bayt?" He said: "O Yunus, Isa ibn Abdillah is from us as long as he lives, and he shall be from us after he has died."
