hadith 1344
The Prophet (SAWA) said, 'Every breath of man has its share in fornication which he is inevitably aware of at the time. The fornication of the eye is to look [at that which is forbidden to it], and the fornication of the foot is to walk [to where it is forbidden for it], and for the ear to listen [to that which is forbidden].
رسولُ اللهِ (صَلَّيَ اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): عَلى كُلِّ نَفَسٍ مِن بَني آدَمَ كُتِبَ حَظٌّ مِنَ الزِّنا أدرَكَ ذلكَ لا محالَةَ ، فالعَينُ زِناها النَّظَرُ ، والرِّجلُ زِناها المَشيُ ، والاُذُنُ زِناها الاستِماعُ .

Hadith.4977 - The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "The son of Adam will not commit a deed greater in sin before Allah (swt), the Almighty and Majestic, than a man who kills a prophet, or demolishes the Kaaba - which Allah (swt) has made a direction for His servants in prayer - or discharges his semen unlawfully into a forbidden woman."
4977 - قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ : "لَنْ يَعْمَلَ اِبْنُ آدَمَ عَمَلاً أَعْظَمَ عِنْدَ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِنْ رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ نَبِيّاً أَوْ هَدَمَ اَلْكَعْبَةَ اَلَّتِي جَعَلَهَا اَللَّهُ قِبْلَةً لِعِبَادِهِ أَوْ أَفْرَغَ مَاءَهُ فِي اِمْرَأَةٍ حَرَاماً".

Prophet (MGB) said, “The Children of Adam would not do any deeds that are worse than the following three deeds near the Blessed the Sublime God: When a man kills a Prophet or a Divine Leader; when a man destroys the Ka’ba which God the Honorable the Exalted has established as a turning point to worship Him; or when a man illegitimately has sex with a woman.”
3-109 حدثنا محمد بن الحسن رضي الله عنه قال: حدثنا سعد بن عبد الله، عن القاسم بن محمد، عن سليمان بن داود قال
سمعت غير واحد من أصحابنا يروي عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام أنه قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وآله: لن يعمل ابن آدم عملا أعظم عند الله تبارك وتعالى من رجل قتل نبيا أو إمام، أو هدم الكعبة التي جعلها الله عز وجل قبلة لعبادة أو أفرغ ماءه في امرأة حراما

hadith 177
Hadith.5145 - It was narrated from Adam ibn Ishaq from Abdullah ibn Muhammad Al-Jufi who said
I was with Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) when a letter from Hisham ibn Abd Al-Malik arrived regarding a man who had exhumed the grave of a woman, stolen her clothes, and committed intercourse with her. The people were divided on how to punish him: some said: "Kill him," while others said: "Burn him." Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) wrote back to him: "The sanctity of the deceased is like the sanctity of the living. His punishment is that his hand should be cut off for exhuming the grave and stealing the clothing, and the legal punishment for adultery is to be applied to him. If he was married (muhsan), he is to be stoned, and if he was not married, he is to be flogged one hundred lashes."
5145 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ آدَمَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ اَلْجُعْفِيِّ قَالَ
كُنْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع وَ جَاءَهُ كِتَابُ هِشَامِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَلْمَلِكِ فِي رَجُلٍ نَبَشَ اِمْرَأَةً فَسَلَبَهَا ثِيَابَهَا وَ نَكَحَهَا فَإِنَّ اَلنَّاسَ قَدِ اِخْتَلَفُوا عَلَيْنَا هَاهُنَا طَائِفَةٌ قَالُوا اُقْتُلُوهُ وَ طَائِفَةٌ قَالُوا أَحْرِقُوهُ فَكَتَبَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ إِلَيْهِ "أَنَّ حُرْمَةَ اَلْمَيِّتِ كَحُرْمَةِ اَلْحَيِّ حَدُّهُ أَنْ تُقْطَعَ يَدُهُ لِنَبْشِهِ وَ سَلْبِهِ اَلثِّيَابَ وَ يُقَامَ عَلَيْهِ اَلْحَدُّ فِي اَلزِّنَا إِنْ أُحْصِنَ رُجِمَ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أُحْصِنَ جُلِدَ مِائَةً".
