Hadith.3530 - It is narrated from Hammad, from Al-Halabi, who said
"Abu Abdullah (as), was asked about a child born out of adultery-can he be bought, sold, or used for service? Imam (as) said: 'Yes, except for a foundling girl (abandoned by parents), as she cannot be bought.' "
3530 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ وَلَدِ اَلزِّنَا أَ يُشْتَرَى أَوْ يُبَاعُ أَوْ يُسْتَخْدَمُ قَالَ "نَعَمْ إِلاَّ جَارِيَةً لَقِيطَةً فَإِنَّهَا لاَ تُشْتَرَى".

Hadith.3315 - And Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (swt), peace and blessings be upon him and his family, approved the testimony of women in matters of debt even if no man was with them.
3315 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ اَلنِّسَاءِ فِي اَلدَّيْنِ وَ لَيْسَ مَعَهُنَّ رَجُلٌ.

Hadith.2680 - It is narrated by Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"It is disliked for the person in ihram to cover their nose with their garment. However, there is no harm if the person in ihram extends their garment until it reaches their nose."
2680 - وَ رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«يُكْرَهُ لِلْمُحْرِمِ أَنْ يَجُوزَ بِثَوْبِهِ فَوْقَ أَنْفِهِ وَ لاَ بَأْسَ أَنْ يَمُدَّ اَلْمُحْرِمُ ثَوْبَهُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ أَنْفَهُ.

2. It is narrated from him (narrator of previous Hadith) from his father from Muhammad ibn ‘Ammar from ‘Abd Allah ibn Aban who has said the following
“Once I asked abu al-Hassan, the 1st (a.s.), about the expenses of one’s dependents. He (the Imam) replied, ‘It is between the two detestable limits: namely, excessive spending and severe austerity.’”
2ـ وَعَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ أَبَانٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ الأَوَّلَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنِ النَّفَقَةِ عَلَى الْعِيَالِ فَقَالَ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَكْرُوهَيْنِ الإِسْرَافِ وَالإِقْتَارِ.

6. It is narrated through the same chain of narrators from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of his people who has said the following.
“Abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said, ‘Whoever disagrees with the book of Allah and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.) he has certainly become a unbeliever.’”
6ـ وَبِهَذَا الاسْنَادِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ مَنْ خَالَفَ كِتَابَ الله وَسُنَّةَ مُحَمَّدٍ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) فَقَدْ كَفَرَ.

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father, from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that Ali (a.s.), has said, ‘They (reliable people) were of the opinion that by giving charity, a man saves himself from suffering injustice.’”
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
قَالَ عَلِيٌّ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) كَانُوا يَرَوْنَ أَنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ تُدْفَعُ بِهَا عَنْ الرَّجُلِ الظَّلُومِ.

14. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Contest is permissible only in racing animals with Khuf (feet like camel) or Hafir (with feet like horses and the like) and in sharp-shooting.”
14- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا سَبَقَ إِلا فِي خُفٍّ أَوْ حَافِرٍ أَوْ نَصْلٍ يَعْنِي النِّضَالَ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one eats watercress during the night the vein of leprosy will hit him from his nose and blood will flow thereof.”’

مَنْ أَكَلَ الْجِرْجِيرَ بِاللَّيْلِ ضَرَبَ عَلَيْهِ عِرْقُ الْجُذَامِ مِنْ أَنْفِهِ وَ بَاتَ يُنْزَفُ الدَّمُ .

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Divorce takes place when he says, “I‘tady (commence waiting period) or says, ‘Anti Taliq (you are let go, divorced).”’

الطَّلَاقُ أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهَا اعْتَدِّي أَوْ يَقُولَ لَهَا أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ .

14. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ’Prohibit your wives from breastfeeding many children, left and right, because they forget.’”
14- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) انْهَوْا نِسَاءَكُمْ أَنْ يُرْضِعْنَ يَمِيناً وَشِمَالا فَإِنَّهُنَّ يَنْسَيْنَ.

489. Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al-Nowfaly, from Al-Sakuny, who has narrated the following
Abu Abdullah (asws) has said: ‘The Rasool Allah (saww) said: ‘It is on you to travel at night, for the ground folds up at night’.
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (عليه السلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (صلى الله عليه وآله) عَلَيْكُمْ بِالسَّفَرِ بِاللَّيْلِ فَإِنَّ الْأَرْضَ تُطْوَى بِاللَّيْلِ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“About a man who does not know if he has performed six or seven Tawaf (walking around the House), abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘He must do his Tawaf again.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم)
فِي رَجُلٍ لَمْ يَدْرِ سِتَّةً طَافَ أَوْ سَبْعَةً قَالَ يَسْتَقْبِلُ.

10. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who intentionally does not perform Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah. He (the Imam) said, ‘He owes al-Hajj in future.’” (Hadith 10 of this and the following Chapters are best explained in the form of fatwa).
10ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم)
فِي رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ السَّعْيَ مُتَعَمِّداً قَالَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The first thing to pay for from the legacy is shroud, then debts, then will, then the shares of heirs.’”
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ

hadith 156
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has narrated the following
“I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who confirms his owing a certain amount of debt to one of his heirs. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is permissible if immediate payment is not required.’”

قُلْتُ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يُقِرُّ لِوَارِثٍ بِدَيْنٍ فَقَالَ يَجُوزُ إِذَا كَانَ مَلِيّاً.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one presents a false testimony, his feet do not move before the fire is made obligatory for him.’”
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
شَاهِدُ الزُّورِ لا تَزُولُ قَدَمَاهُ حَتَّى تَجِبَ لَهُ النَّارُ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad ibn ‘Isa who has narrated the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, saying, ‘My father has narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, issued judgment on the basis of one witness and an oath.’”

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) قَضَى بِشَاهِدٍ وَيَمِينٍ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has narrated the following
“Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali (a.s.), has said, ‘If Jews and Christians bear testimony then become Muslims, their testimony is admissible.’”

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى إِذَا شَهِدُوا ثُمَّ أَسْلَمُوا جَازَتْ شَهَادَتُهُمْ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali (a.s.), has said, ‘If one makes the exception in taking an oath there is no violation or expiation.’”
5- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ

537. Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr, from Hisham Bin Salim, who has narrated the following
Abu Abdullah (asws) has said: ‘How easy it is to make the people to be happy with you. Just restrain your tongues from (speaking against) them’.
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (عليه السلام) قَالَ
مَا أَيْسَرَ مَا رَضِيَ بِهِ النَّاسُ عَنْكُمْ كُفُّوا أَلْسِنَتَكُمْ عَنْهُمْ.
