Hadith.5273 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Ali bin Ri'ab from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who placed his slave on a riding animal, and the animal trampled a man. Imam (as) said
"The compensation is upon the master."
5273 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ حَمَلَ عَبْداً لَهُ عَلَى دَابَّةٍ فَوَطِئَتْ رَجُلاً قَالَ "اَلْغُرْمُ عَلَى اَلْمَوْلَى".

hadith 1435
Hadith.3001 - Muhammad ibn Muslim narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that
he said: "For one who is fearful, there is no harm in stoning the Jamarat at night, slaughtering the sacrifice at night, and performing the Tawaf of Ifadah at night."
3001 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ : «فِي اَلْخَائِفِ لاَ بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَرْمِيَ اَلْجِمَارَ بِاللَّيْلِ وَ يُضَحِّيَ بِاللَّيْلِ وَ يُفِيضَ بِاللَّيْلِ ».

Hadith.3052 - Wuhayb ibn Hafs narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) who said
"A cow or a camel suffices for seven individuals, whether they are from one household or from different ones."
3052 - وَ رَوَى وُهَيْبُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«اَلْبَقَرَةُ وَ اَلْبَدَنَةُ تُجْزِيَانِ عَنْ سَبْعَةِ نَفَرٍ إِذَا كَانُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ أَوْ مِنْ غَيْرِهِمْ ».

Hadith.3089 - Ali ibn Abi Hamzah narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"If a man purchases his hady (sacrificial animal) and confines it in his house, it has reached its designated place. If he wishes, he may shave his head."
3089 - روى رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«إِذَا اِشْتَرَى اَلرَّجُلُ هَدْيَهُ وَ قَمَطَهُ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَقَدْ بَلَغَ مَحِلَّهُ فَإِنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَحْلِقْ ».

3. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Sinan from Mufaddal who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘When you find two of our followers disputing, settle it between them by means of paying from my property.’”
3ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ مُفَضَّلٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) إِذَا رَأَيْتَ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ مِنْ شِيعَتِنَا مُنَازَعَةً فَافْتَدِهَا مِنْ مَالِي.

Hadith.1249 - In a narration from Ibrahim ibn Abi al-Bilad, from Zurarah, from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) who said
"Whoever recites a line of poetry on the day of Jumu’ah, that will be his share of that day."
1249 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي اَلْبِلاَدِ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«مَنْ أَنْشَدَ بَيْتَ شِعْرٍ يَوْمَ اَلْجُمُعَةِ فَهُوَ حَظُّهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ اَلْيَوْمِ.

Hadith.1361 - Bahr al-Saqqa' reported from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) Ali who said
"Indeed, among the blessings and comfort from Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, are three things: praying in the late hours of the night (Tahajjud), breaking the fast (iftar) of a fasting person, and meeting with one's brothers (fellow believers)."
1361 - وَ رَوَى بَحْرٌ اَلسَّقَّاءُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«إِنَّ مِنْ رَوْحِ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ ثَلاَثَةً اَلتَّهَجُّدَ بِاللَّيْلِ وَ إِفْطَارَ اَلصَّائِمِ وَ لِقَاءَ اَلْإِخْوَانِ.

8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is enough sin for one not to provide for his family and lose them.’”
8ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ إِثْماً أَنْ يُضَيِّعَ مَنْ يَعُولُهُ.

17. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The recitation of a speechless person in Talbiyah, Tashahhud and readings from al-Quran in Salah (prayer) is by moving his tongue and pointing with his finger.’”
17ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
تَلْبِيَةُ الأخْرَسِ وَتَشَهُّدُهُ وَقِرَاءَتُهُ لِلْقُرْآنِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ تَحْرِيكُ لِسَانِهِ وَإِشَارَتُهُ بِإِصْبَعِهِ.

Hadith.5293 - Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi who said
I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who married a slave girl, then had intercourse with her and caused ifda' (a severe injury of female reproductive organs). Imam (as) replied: "He is responsible for providing for her needs as long as she is alive."
5293 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ جَارِيَةً فَوَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا فَأَفْضَاهَا قَالَ "عَلَيْهِ اَلْإِجْرَاءُ عَلَيْهَا مَا دَامَتْ حَيَّةً".

Hadith.1185 - Abdullah ibn al-Mughira narrated that Mansur ibn Hazim used to say
"If you come to the Imam and he is sitting, having already prayed two rak'ahs, say the takbir (Allahu Akbar) and then sit. When you stand up, say the takbir again."
1185 - وَ رَوَى عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ اَلْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ
كَانَ مَنْصُورُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا أَتَيْتَ اَلْإِمَامَ وَ هُوَ جَالِسٌ قَدْ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَكَبِّرْ ثُمَّ اِجْلِسْ فَإِذَا قُمْتَ فَكَبِّرْ.

Hadith.5163 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Walad Al-Hannat, who said
"I heard Abu Abdullah (as) say, 'Whoever intentionally kills themselves will be in the Fire of Hell, abiding therein forever.'"
5163 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَلاَّدٍ اَلْحَنَّاطِ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ: "مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ مُتَعَمِّداً فَهُوَ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِداً فِيهَا".

Hadith.2378 - Abdul Rahman ibn Al-Hajjaj narrated that Abu Abdullah (as) said
"The value of a pigeon is one dirham, the value of a chick is half a dirham, and the value of an egg is a quarter of a dirham."
2378 - وَ رَوَى عَبْدُ اَلرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ اَلْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : «فِي قِيمَةِ اَلْحَمَامَةِ دِرْهَمٌ وَ فِي اَلْفَرْخِ نِصْفُ دِرْهَمٍ وَ فِي اَلْبَيْضَةِ رُبُعُ دِرْهَمٍ».

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Najran from Muhammad ibn Humran who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Of cows Tabi‘ and Musin (those of two and three years of age) are the same for slaughtering as offering.’”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حُمْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
أَسْنَانُ الْبَقَرِ تَبِيعُهَا وَمُسِنُّهَا فِي الذَّبْحِ سَوَاءٌ.

8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from af-Husayn ibn abu Najran from Safwan al-Jammai who has said the
foiiowing: “Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), once led us in al-Maghrib Salah (prayer) and recited al- Ma’udhatayn in two Rak’at.”
8ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ الْجَمَّالِ قَالَ
صَلَّى بِنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) الْمَغْرِبَ فَقَرَأَ بِالْمُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Muhammad ibn Hamzah al-Ash‘ariy in a marfu‘ manner has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Removing hairs from the nostrils (outside) beautifies the face.”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَخْذُ الشَّعْرِ مِنَ الْأَنْفِ يُحَسِّنُ الْوَجْهَ .

5. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ahmad ibn Ishaq from Sa‘dan ibn Muslim from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘You must sweep the yard of your house and do not become similar to the Jews.’”
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعْدَانَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) اكْنُسُوا أَفْنِيَتَكُمْ وَ لَا تَشَبَّهُوا بِالْيَهُودِ .

“The head of a bigot will be covered with fire by Allah.”
وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ خَضِرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
مَنْ یَغْضَبُ غَضْبَهً عَمَّمَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِعِمَامَهٍ مِنْ نَارٍ.

10. Muhammad ibn Yahya and Ahmad ibn Idris have narrated from Ahmad ibn Ishaq from Sa‘dan from certain persons of his people who have said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘For having al-Tuhr (cleansing) over al-Tuhr one receives a reward for ten good deeds.”’
10ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعْدَانَ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
الطُّهْرُ عَلَى الطُّهْرِ عَشْرُ حَسَنَاتٍ.
