hadith 1075
15. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates from his ancestors that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “One who oppresses someone and cannot meet the oppressed once again, he should do Istighfar (seek Allah’s forgiveness). It is atonement for the injustice done by him.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِیِّ عَنِ السَّکُونِیِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَنْ ظَلَمَ أَحَداً فَفَاتَهُ فَاسْتَغْفَرَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَی فَإِنَّهُ کَفَّارَهٌ لَهُ.

3. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates from his ancestors that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “If a mountain does injustice to another mountain the Almighty Allah will raze it to the ground.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِیِّ عَنِ السَّکُونِیِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص لَوْ بَغَی جَبَلٌ عَلَی جَبَلٍ لَجَعَلَ اللَّهُ الْبَاغِیَ مِنْهُمَا دَکّاً.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Beware of the prayer of an oppressed; it climbs over the cloud and Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, looks at it and says, “Raise it up so it is accepted,” and beware of the prayer of a father; it is sharper than a sword.’”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) إِيَّاكُمْ وَدَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهَا تُرْفَعُ فَوْقَ السَّحَابِ حَتَّى يَنْظُرَ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَيْهَا فَيَقُولَ ارْفَعُوهَا حَتَّى أَسْتَجِيبَ لَهُ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَدَعْوَةَ الْوَالِدِ فَإِنَّهَا أَحَدُّ مِنَ السَّيْفِ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘The most evil among people in the sight of Allah on the Day of Judgment will be the one whom people respect for fear from his evil manners.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) شَرُّ النَّاسِ عِنْدَ الله يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الَّذِينَ يُكْرَمُونَ اتِّقَاءَ شَرِّهِمْ.

“Satan says to his soldiers, ‘Throw unto them envy and tyrannical transgression; in the sight of Allah these two are equal to considering things as partners of Allah.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
يَقُولُ إِبْلِيسُ لِجُنُودِهِ أَلْقُوا بَيْنَهُمُ الْحَسَدَ وَالْبَغْيَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَعْدِلانِ عِنْدَ الله الشِّرْكَ.

20. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from his father al-Nawfali from his father al-Sakuni from his father Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘If one does injustice to a person and he passes away, he (the doer of injustice) must ask forgiveness from Allah for him (oppressed) and it will be the expiation for his injustice.’”
20ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَنْ ظَلَمَ أَحَداً فَفَاتَهُ فَلْيَسْتَغْفِرِ الله لَهُ فَإِنَّهُ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ.

قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَنْ أَصْبَحَ لا يَهُمُّ بِظُلْمِ أَحَدٍ غَفَرَ الله مَا اجْتَرَمَ.

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِیٍّ مَاجِیلَوَیْهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِیِّ عَنِ السَّکُونِیِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِیرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ع أَعْظَمُ الْخَطَایَا اقْتِطَاعُ مَالِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَیْرِ حَقٍّ.
