"It suffices."

"There is nothing upon him [no penalty]."

“About a man who shaves in Makkah abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘He must return (take) his hairs to Mina’.’”

Show openness to the One for whom you have entered the state of ihram."

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who in the state of Ihram, hears a woman speaking from behind the wall and because of lust he discharges semen. He (the Imam) said, ‘There is nothing on him.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is very proper for one who is for al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous), that after coming out of the state of Ihram, he should not dress up with a shirt to remain like those in the state of Ihram.’”

“About a man who completes Mut‘ah then because of a certain work wants to go out, he (the Imam) said, ‘He must take Ghusl (bath) for Ihram and say Talbiyah for al-Hajj, then go for his work and if he cannot return to Makkah he must go straight to ‘Arafat.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that a man who assumes the state of Ihram during a month and comes out of it during the next month, the Imam said, ‘This is counted al-‘Umrah in the month in which he has made his intention or al-‘Umrah in the more virtuous month.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A person in the state of Ihram must not show a prey to the hunter; if one does, there is ransom for it upon him.’”

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of two men who fought each other while in the state of Ihram. He (the Imam) said, ‘Allah is free of all defects, how bad is what they have done!’ I said, ‘They have done it but what must they do?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘They must each offer one animal as offering.’”

"When you pray in Masjid al-Shajarah, say while seated after your prayer and before you stand: the words that a Muhrim (one in Ihram) says. Then stand, walk until you reach the mile marker, and enter the flat terrain of al-Bayda'. When you are in the flat terrain of al-Bayda', begin the Talbiyah."

I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about those who are permitted to stone the Jamarat at night. Imam (as) said: "The wood-gatherer, the servant who has no control over his own affairs, the fearful, the debtor, and the sick person who cannot stone. He should be carried to the Jamarat, and if he is able to stone, he should do so; otherwise, someone should stone on his behalf while he is present."

"If people were to abandon the Hajj, it would be incumbent upon the leader to compel them to perform it and to remain at the sacred site. And if they were to abandon the visitation of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), it would be incumbent upon the leader to compel them to perform it and to remain there. If they did not have sufficient wealth, he should spend on them from the public treasury of the Muslims."
