“About the case of a man who marries without witness, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When wearing on begin with the right foot and when taking off your al-Khuff (half-boot) or shoe begin with the left foot.’”

“Whoever would want al-Hadith for the worldly gains he will have no share for it in the next life.”

"I heard Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) say, 'There is no harm if a person prays two units (rak‘ahs) of Witr prayer, then turns away to fulfil a need, and then returns to pray one unit (rak‘ah).'".

“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, prohibited giving of the hide, collar and covering of offering animals to the butchers.”

I asked Imam (as) about a boy who entered the house of some people to play and fell into their well. Are they liable? Imam (as) said: "They are not liable, but if they are accused (of negligence or wrongdoing), then they are liable."

“Even that woman will be punished severely who had left a goat tied in sun and it died of thirst.”

“Abu al-Hassan, Musa (a.s.), has said, that when a guest would come to the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, he (the Messenger of Allah) would eat with him and would not stop eating before the guest did.’”

“I wrote to abu al-Hassan Musa ibn Ja‘far (a.s.), about prostration for thanksgiving. He wrote back to me. ‘It is one hundred times ‘Shukran’ (O Lord, I thank You), or if you like, say “Afwan’ (O Lord, I beg forgiveness from You) one hundred times.’”

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who in the state of Ihram, hears a woman speaking from behind the wall and because of lust he discharges semen. He (the Imam) said, ‘There is nothing on him.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is very proper for one who is for al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous), that after coming out of the state of Ihram, he should not dress up with a shirt to remain like those in the state of Ihram.’”

“I once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about the case of a woman who is divorced and about where she counts her waiting period. He (the Imam) said, ‘She completes it in her home if divorce is in a manner where he has the right to go back to her. He cannot send her out and it is not for her to go out until waiting period is complete.’” It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah from Ali ibn abu Hamzah and Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir a similar Hadith.

“I saw abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), performing Salat (prayer) in al-Rawdah and wore a jubbah (gown) of al-Khazz (garments made of skin or fur of an animal that lives in water) of the color of quince.’”

“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘When you see people who are in affliction, express the praise of Allah but do not make them hear it; it may cause them to feel sad.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘On every bridge there is a Satan. When you approach him, say, ‘(I seek help) by the name of Allah.’ He moves away from you.’”

“About the case of a man who had ten slave-girls and formed al-Zihar about all of them by one statement, abu ‘Abd Allah, or abu al-Hassan (a.s.), has said that he must pay ten expiations.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘One’s fasting in a connected manner takes place when one fasts one day and night and takes breakfast in Sahar (in the morning before dawn) instead.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), would apply lime paste on his underarms in the bathhouse.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘High prices worsens moral discipline, destroy trust and cause suffering to the Muslims.’”

Hadith.1136 - Hafs ibn Salim asked: "When the muezzin (caller to prayer) says 'The prayer has been established' (during the iqamah), should the people stand up or remain seated until their Imam arrives?" He (as) replied: "No, they should stand up. If their Imam arrives, they proceed with him; otherwise, a man from among the congregation should be taken by the hand and brought forward to lead."
