hadith 528
Hadith.3645 - Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah (as)
I asked him about the earnings of a cupper (bloodletter). Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in it."
3645 - وَ رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ كَسْبِ اَلْحَجَّامِ فَقَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ".

Hadith.3643 - Abdul-Samad ibn Bashir narrate from Muawiyah ibn Ammar from Abu Abdullah (as): "When the Messenger of Allah (swt) entered Medina, he marked its houses with his foot and then said
'O Allah (swt), do not bless anyone who sells a piece of land from it.' "
3643 - وَ رَوَى عَبْدُ اَلصَّمَدِ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"لَمَّا دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ اَلْمَدِينَةَ خَطَّ دُورَهَا بِرِجْلِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " اَللَّهُمَّ مَنْ بَاعَ رُقْعَةً مِنْ أَرْضٍ فَلاَ تُبَارِكْ فِيهِ " ".

hadith 342
5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the legal status of the income from cupping. He (the Imam) replied, There is no offense in it.’ I then asked about income from he-goat for goat-grooming. He (the Imam) replied, ’Even though Arab people consider it scornful, there is no offense in receiving such income.’”
5- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ كَسْبِ الْحَجَّامِ فَقَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِهِ قُلْتُ أَجْرُ التُّيُوسِ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَتِ الْعَرَبُ لَتَعَايَرُ بِهِ وَلا بَأْسَ.

2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad all from ibn Mahbub from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Whoever comes upon a ruined barren place, then finds out and digs its canals and builds it, he owes charity. If the land belonged to a man before him who has disappeared, abandoned it and ruined it, then came thereafter, he has to take notice that the land belongs to Allah and to those who build it.’”
2- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَأَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَتَى خَرِبَةً بَائِرَةً فَاسْتَخْرَجَهَا وَكَرَى أَنْهَارَهَا وَعَمَرَهَا فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ فِيهَا الصَّدَقَةَ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ أَرْضٌ لِرَجُلٍ قَبْلَهُ فَغَابَ عَنْهَا وَتَرَكَهَا فَأَخْرَبَهَا ثُمَّ جَاءَ بَعْدُ يَطْلُبُهَا فَإِنَّ الأرْضَ للهِ وَلِمَنْ عَمَرَهَا.

22. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Mu‘awiyah ibn Hakim from ibn Shu’ayb al-Muhamiliy al-Rifa‘iy who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who hires a man to dig for him a well as deep as ten times the height of a man for ten dirham; but then he fails to do so because of weakness. He (the Imam) said, ’Ten must be divided into fifty-five of which one is for the first length, two for the second and three for the third in the same way until the tenth.’”
22- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ حُكَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي شُعَيْبٍ الْمَحَامِلِيِّ الرِّفَاعِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَبَّلَ رَجُلا أَنْ يَحْفِرَ لَهُ بِئْراً عَشْرَ قَامَاتٍ بِعَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ فَحَفَرَ لَهُ قَامَةً ثُمَّ عَجَزَ قَالَ يُقْسَمُ عَشَرَةٌ عَلَى خَمْسَةٍ وَخَمْسِينَ جُزْءاً فَمَا أَصَابَ وَاحِداً فَهُوَ لِلْقَامَةِ الأولَى وَالاثْنَانِ لِلثَّانِيَةِ وَالثَّلاثَةُ لِلثَّالِثَةِ عَلَى هَذَا الْحِسَابِ إِلَى عَشَرَةٍ.
