8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Acts of Salah (prayer) fall in three categories; They are Tahur (cleansing), Ruku‘ (bowing down on one’s knees), and Sujud (prostration).”’
8ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
الصَّلاَةُ ثَلاَثَةُ أَثْلاَثٍ ثُلُثٌ طَهُورٌ وَثُلُثٌ رُكُوعٌ وَثُلُثٌ سُجُودٌ.

Hadith.2670 - Al-Halabi and Muhammad ibn Muslim narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"A Muhrim may cover his nose from a pleasant fragrance but should not cover his nose from an unpleasant odor."
2670 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَلَبِيُّ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«اَلْمُحْرِمُ يُمْسِكُ عَلَى أَنْفِهِ مِنَ اَلرِّيحِ اَلطَّيِّبَةِ وَ لاَ يُمْسِكُ عَلَى أَنْفِهِ مِنَ اَلرِّيحِ اَلْخَبِيثَةِ».

Hadith.3530 - It is narrated from Hammad, from Al-Halabi, who said
"Abu Abdullah (as), was asked about a child born out of adultery-can he be bought, sold, or used for service? Imam (as) said: 'Yes, except for a foundling girl (abandoned by parents), as she cannot be bought.' "
3530 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ وَلَدِ اَلزِّنَا أَ يُشْتَرَى أَوْ يُبَاعُ أَوْ يُسْتَخْدَمُ قَالَ "نَعَمْ إِلاَّ جَارِيَةً لَقِيطَةً فَإِنَّهَا لاَ تُشْتَرَى".

Hadith.3315 - And Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (swt), peace and blessings be upon him and his family, approved the testimony of women in matters of debt even if no man was with them.
3315 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ اَلنِّسَاءِ فِي اَلدَّيْنِ وَ لَيْسَ مَعَهُنَّ رَجُلٌ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Divorce takes place when he says, “I‘tady (commence waiting period) or says, ‘Anti Taliq (you are let go, divorced).”’

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“About a man who does not know if he has performed six or seven Tawaf (walking around the House), abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘He must do his Tawaf again.’”

فِي رَجُلٍ لَمْ يَدْرِ سِتَّةً طَافَ أَوْ سَبْعَةً قَالَ يَسْتَقْبِلُ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has narrated the following
“I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who confirms his owing a certain amount of debt to one of his heirs. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is permissible if immediate payment is not required.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يُقِرُّ لِوَارِثٍ بِدَيْنٍ فَقَالَ يَجُوزُ إِذَا كَانَ مَلِيّاً.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about the divorce of a drunken man. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not permissible and it is not an honorable thing.”’

“About the case of buying fruits, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When it becomes something buying it is not harmful.’”
13- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي شِرَاءِ الثَّمَرَةِ قَالَ
إِذَا سَاوَتْ شَيْئاً فَلا بَأْسَ بِشِرَائِهَا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not proper to sell with a Sa‘ (a certain measuring device) which is not in use in the city (land).’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا يَصْلُحُ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَبِيعَ بِصَاعٍ غَيْرِ صَاعِ الْمِصْرِ.

Hadith.1893 - Al-Halabi narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that he was asked about a man who forgot and ate or drank, then remembered. Imam (as) said
"His fast is not broken; it is something that Allah (swt) has provided for him. Let him complete his fast."
1893 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَلَبِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَسِيَ فَأَكَلَ وَ شَرِبَ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ قَالَ
«لاَ يُفْطِرُ إِنَّمَا هُوَ شَيْءٌ رَزَقَهُ اَللَّهُ فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ».

3. Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about kohl for one in the state of Ihram. He (the Imam) said, ‘Not with black color but one can use it with sabr and hudod (two kinds of medicine for the eyes).”’
3ـ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْكُحْلِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ قَالَ أَمَّا بِالسَّوَادِ فَلا وَلَكِنْ بِالصَّبِرِ وَالْحُضُضِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Abi ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A person working hard for his family is like a Mujahid (fighter) for the cause of Allah.’”

hadith 1459
Hadith.1463 - Al-Halabi narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that
He said: "I asked him about whether a woman is required to perform Ghusl (ritual purification bath) on Jumu’ah, on the day of Eid al-Fitr, on the day of Eid al-Adha, and on the day of Arafah. Imam (as) said: 'Yes, She is required to perform all of these Ghusls.'"
1463 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَلَبِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْمَرْأَةِ عَلَيْهَا غُسْلُ يَوْمِ اَلْجُمُعَةِ وَ اَلْفِطْرِ وَ اَلْأَضْحَى وَ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ، قَالَ «نَعَمْ عَلَيْهَا اَلْغُسْلُ كُلُّهُ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘You must not rent land in exchange for wheat where you plant wheat.’”

لا تَسْتَأْجِرِ الأرْضَ بِالْحِنْطَةِ ثُمَّ تَزْرَعَهَا حِنْطَةً.

Hadith.1214 - Al-Halabi narrated from the Imam (as) from his father (as) who said
"If you have already prayed and you are in the mosque, and the congregational prayer is established, then if you wish, you may leave, or if you wish, you may pray with them and consider it as a form of tasbih (remembrance and glorification)."
1214 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَلَبِيُّ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ صَلاَةً وَ أَنْتَ فِي اَلْمَسْجِدِ فَأُقِيمَتِ اَلصَّلاَةُ فَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَاخْرُجْ وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ فَصَلِّ مَعَهُمْ وَ اِجْعَلْهَا تَسْبِيحاً.

Hadith.1235 - Al-Halabi narrated from Imam (as) who said
"If you join the Imam before he bows in the last rak'ah, you have caught the (Jumu’ah) prayer. But if you join him after he has bowed, then it is considered as four rak'ahs, like the Dhuhr prayer."
1235 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَلَبِيُّ عَنْهُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَدْرَكْتَ اَلْإِمَامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْكَعَ اَلرَّكْعَةَ اَلْأَخِيرَةَ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكْتَ اَلصَّلاَةَ وَ إِنْ أَدْرَكْتَهُ بَعْدَ مَا رَكَعَ فَهِيَ أَرْبَعٌ بِمَنْزِلَةِ اَلظُّهْرِ.

Hadith.4416 - It is narrated from Abu al-Maghra from Al-Halabi who said that Abu Abdullah (as), said
"A woman who openly commits adultery should not be married, nor should a man who openly commits adultery be given in marriage, unless repentance is known from both of them."
4416 - رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي اَلْمَغْرَاءِ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "لاَ تُتَزَوَّجُ اَلْمَرْأَةُ اَلْمُسْتَعْلِنَةُ بِالزِّنَا وَ لاَ يُزَوَّجُ اَلرَّجُلُ اَلْمُسْتَعْلِنُ بِالزِّنَا إِلاَّ أَنْ تُعْرَفَ مِنْهُمَا اَلتَّوْبَةُ".

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ طَلَاقِ السَّكْرَانِ فَقَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ وَ لَا كَرَامَةَ .

The narrations and traditions from the Imams (as) indicate that it is not permissible for a person to engage in voluntary fasting while they have an obligatory fast pending. Among those who narrated this are Al-Halabi and Abu al-Sabbah al-Kinani from Abu Abdullah (as).
وردت الاخبار والآثار عن الأئمة عليهم السلام أنه لا يجوز أن يتطوع الرجل بالصيام وعليه شئ من الفرض، وممن روى ذلك الحلبي وأبو الصباح الكناني عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام.
