hadith 1195
Hadith.2763 - Aban narrated from Fudhayl ibn Yasar, from Abu Ja'far (as), who said
"If a woman performs the Tawaf al-Nisa and completes more than half of it but then begins menstruating, she may depart if she wishes."
2763 - وَ رَوَى أَبَانٌ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«إِذَا طَافَتِ اَلْمَرْأَةُ طَوَافَ اَلنِّسَاءِ فَطَافَتْ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ اَلنِّصْفِ فَحَاضَتْ نَفَرَتْ إِنْ شَاءَتْ».

4. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from more than one person from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘If a woman has performed Tawaf al-Nisa’, more than half of it, then begins experiencing Hayd (menses), she can leave if she wanted.’”
4ـ حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
إِذَا طَافَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَوَافَ النِّسَاءِ وَطَافَتْ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ النِّصْفِ فَحَاضَتْ نَفَرَتْ إِنْ شَاءَتْ.

hadith 391
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Umar ibn ’Udhaynah from af-Fudayf ibn Yasar from Zurarah who has said the following
“One of the two Imam, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, concerning how many days of Salah (prayer), a woman during her childbirth, does not need to perform, has said, ‘She must not perform Salah (prayer) for a number of days which is equal to the number of her Hayd (menses) free days (10 days). Thereafter she must take Ghusl (bath) and follow the rules for Istihadah (irregular menses).”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ وَزُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا (عَلَيْهِما الْسَّلام) قَالَ
النُّفَسَاءُ تَكُفُّ عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا الَّتِي كَانَتْ تَمْكُثُ فِيهَا ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتَعْمَلُ كَمَا تَعْمَلُ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ’Isma‘il ibn Marrar from Yunus from Sa‘id ibn Yasar who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who experiences blood discharge because of Hayd (menses) when she has had sexual relation if she needs Ghusl (bath) because of sexual relation or Ghusl (bath) because of the sexual relation and Hayd (menses). He (the Imam) said, ‘She has experienced something bigger than that (sexual relation).”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) الْمَرْأَةُ تَرَى الدَّمَ وَهِيَ جُنُبٌ أَ تَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ أَمْ غُسْلُ الْجَنَابَةِ وَالْحَيْضِ فَقَالَ قَدْ أَتَاهَا مَا هُوَ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ.
