6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn af-Hakam from Shihab ibn ‘ Abd Rabbibi who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Prepare food and make it unique; then invite your friends for it.’”

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘ Abd af- Rahman ibn af-Hajjaj who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali (a.s.), has said, ‘A slave’s testimony is not harmful if he is a just man.”’
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لا بَأْسَ بِشَهَادَةِ الْمَمْلُوكِ إِذَا كَانَ عَدْلا.

hadith 1646
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from af-Halabiy who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who marries a woman and has touched her. He (the Imam) said, ‘Her mahr (dower) is obligatory and she becomes unlawful for marriage to his father and his son.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَلامَسَهَا قَالَ مَهْرُهَا وَاجِبٌ وَهِيَ حَرَامٌ عَلَى أَبِيهِ وَابْنِهِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah has said, ‘The best helper of piety is (financial) self-sufficiency.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The number of Takbir (Allah is great beyond description) in all five obligatory Salah (prayer) is ninety-five of which are Takbir (Allah is great beyond description) during five Qunut.’”

التَّكْبِيرُ فِي صَلاَةِ الْفَرْضِ الْخَمْسِ الصَّلَوَاتِ خَمْسٌ وَتِسْعُونَ تَكْبِيرَةً مِنْهَا تَكْبِيرَاتُ الْقُنُوتِ خَمْسَةٌ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn Salim who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘On the Day of Judgment of the people the one who suffers the most intense suffering is one who places his seed in the womb of one who with whom going to bed is unlawful.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَذَاباً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ رَجُلٌ أَقَرَّ نُطْفَتَهُ فِي رَحِمٍ يَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ.

11. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub in a marfu’ the following: “Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘
Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, has made Jihad obligatory, considered it great and has made it His victory (support) and supporter. By Allah, the worldly affairs as well as religious affairs are never enhanced without Jihad.”
11- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَرَضَ الْجِهَادَ وَعَظَّمَهُ وَجَعَلَهُ نَصْرَهُ وَنَاصِرَهُ وَاللهِ مَا صَلَحَتْ دُنْيَا وَلا دِينٌ إِلا بِهِ.

26. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Isma‘il af-Khath’amiy who has said the following
“I once said to abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘When we arrived in Makkah, our people went for Tawaf and left me to look after their belongings . 5 He (the Imam) said, ‘Your reward is the greatest among them.’”
26ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْخَثْعَمِيِّ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) إِنَّا إِذَا قَدِمْنَا مَكَّةَ ذَهَبَ أَصْحَابُنَا يَطُوفُونَ وَيَتْرُكُونِّي أَحْفَظُ مَتَاعَهُمْ قَالَ أَنْتَ أَعْظَمُهُمْ أَجْراً.

14. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of his people who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ‘Whoever of the believers preserves his obligatory Salah (prayers) and performs them in time, he is not of the neglectful people.’”
14ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ حَافَظَ عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ الْمَفْرُوضَةِ فَصَلاَّهَا لِوَقْتِهَا فَلَيْسَ هَذَا مِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ.

“I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘You must provide good advice for the sake of Allah to His creatures; you will not meet Him with any good deed better than this.’”
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْمِنْقَرِيِّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالنُّصْحِ لله فِي خَلْقِهِ فَلَنْ تَلْقَاهُ بِعَمَلٍ أَفْضَلَ مِنْهُ.

14. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn ’Udhaynah from Zurarah who has said the following
“One day I performed ablution (wudu’), but I didn't wash my urethra, then I prayed. So I asked abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) about it. He said: “Wash your urethra and repeat your prayer.“
14ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ
تَوَضَّأْتُ يَوْماً وَلَمْ أَغْسِلْ ذَكَرِي ثُمَّ صَلَّيْتُ فَسَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فَقَالَ اغْسِلْ ذَكَرَكَ وَأَعِدْ صَلاَتَكَ.

يَفْدِي الْمُحْرِمُ فِدَاءَ الصَّيْدِ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَصَابَهُ.

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الْخُمُسِ فَقَالَ فِي كُلِّ مَا أَفَادَ النَّاسُ مِنْ قَلِيلٍ أَوْ كَثِيرٍ.

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who dies and leaves behind a son who is owned by someone. He (the Imam) said, ‘His son is bought, set free and the rest of the legacy is given to him.’”

قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) الرَّجُلُ يَمُوتُ وَلَهُ ابْنٌ مَمْلُوكٌ قَالَ يُشْتَرَى وَيُعْتَقُ ثُمَّ يُدْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ مَا بَقِيَ.

“About the case of a man who dies as an apostate and has children, abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘His legacy belongs to his Muslim children.”’

فِي رَجُلٍ يَمُوتُ مُرْتَدّاً عَنِ الإسْلامِ وَلَهُ أَوْلادٌ فَقَالَ مَالُهُ لِوُلْدِهِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Allah, the Most Blessed, the Most High, has said, “O My truthful servants, enjoy the blessings of worshipping Me in this world; you will enjoy its benefits in the next life.’””
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ الله تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يَا عِبَادِيَ الصِّدِّيقِينَ تَنَعَّمُوا بِعِبَادَتِي فِي الدُّنْيَا فَإِنَّكُمْ تَتَنَعَّمُونَ بِهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ.
